Administrative Procedures

When we cancel classes due to inclement weather we post a notice on the home page our website . We do not base our cancellations on the closure of any of the surrounding school districts. In other words, just because your child's school is cancelled does not mean we will be closing. If you are unsure, may we suggest that you call no sooner than one hour before your scheduled class.

Please note. We only post cancellations on the web. We do not make a special posting to indicate we are staying open.

Special Events

Payment is required for special events at the time of booking. We accept Visa and MasterCard for phone reservations. Payment is non refundable/non transferable

The member discount is not applicable to tickets purchased at the door The non member rate will apply. this includes "walk-in's" to Parents Nite Out/Saturday Nite Fun

Unused tickets will not be refunded or credited.

All non members must have current signed parental Action Kids Athletics release on file. Hand written notes will not be accepted.

Refunds/Credits

We offer a ten day money back guarantee that you will love your class! If at anytime within the first ten days after your first class you need to withdraw for any reason we will gladly refund your money.

There are no refunds or class credits for missed classes.

Refund/credits are available for long term injury or illness. Request for refund/credit must be made in writing addressed to the office manager. Refund/credit will apply upon receipt of medical documentation. Refunds/credits are not retroactive.

Any refunds/credits may be subject to an administrative fee of $20.

Gym Information

All participants involved with gym activities must have a signed parental Action Kids Athletics release form on file. Hand written notes will not be accepted.

With the exception of parent and me classes, parents must refrain form being in the gym. All parents are welcome to view the classes from our climate controlled viewing area.

If your must talk to your child or the coach during a class for ANY reason, you must check in at the office BEFORE entering the gym.

Siblings who must be in the gym during a parent and me class are not participants in the class and must sit off to the side. (even if the are enrolled in another Action Kids Athletics class) This is for the safety of all participants. Very small children should be in a device that contains them (or example a car seat or snugly) and must not be allowed to crawl around the gym. This is solely for your child's safety.
