Before you register for any of our
programs please read the following policies and the policies of your specific
program carefully
~ All
participants must be members (unless otherwise stated). Annual
memberships are available for $35.
~ We require
completed Registration forms before participation in any program.
Refunds will
not be made for those missing programs due to lack of necessary paper
work.
~ We do not provide
refunds for program absences.
~ With the
exception of Parent and Me programs, parents are prohibited from the
gymnasium or pool deck. Please see the office staff should you need to
speak to your child during a program
Camp/Adventure Camp/Specialty
Camp
-
Download, and
complete the camp registration form. We regret that we cannot
accept verbal registrations over the phone. Faxed or emailed
registrations are acceptable.

Return the form
with 50% deposit.

Call the office
if you require a payment plan or if you are unsure of the total cost
of your camp

Arrange to
provide a copy of your child's recent medical report. Report
must be dated within two years of your child's last day of camp.
(For example. If your child's camp week ends August 17 the
medical must be dated August 17, 2007 or later. A form dated
August 12th,, for example, would not be acceptable) Most
doctors have generic forms that they can provide or if you prefer
you can download a copy of ours and take it with you to your
appointment.

Upon receipt of
your registration form we will send you a confirmation and camp
handbook.
Swim/Gymnastics Classes

Swim
registrations can be taken over the phone or in person.

Full payment is
required at the time of registration. We accept Visa or
Mastercard for registrations over the phone.

Upon registration
a confirmation will be sent to you.
