Adventure Camp Policies
• We do not provide refunds or credits for unused or cancelled camp
days. In order to maintain a quality program we must limit the number of
campers on a daily or weekly basis. Camp tuition reserves YOUR
child’s spot in camp, a spot that cannot be allotted to any other child.
• There are no make up days. Exceptions may be made in the case of
illness, providing we receive at least twenty four (24) hours notice and
space is available. A doctor's note may be required. Illness make up days
are not guaranteed.
• To receive discount
for Lightning Bugs Camp, all weeks must be booked at the same time an
balance paid in full.
• A 50% non refundable deposit per week is required at time of booking
for Bouncing Bears Camp. The
balance is due in full by June 12, 2009. Alternate payment options are
available for those attending multiple camp weeks or those with large
camp balances. Please call the office for details.

The completed registration form must accompany your deposit. Any
schedule changes to the original registration must be made in writing
within two weeks of the original registration date and may result in the
loss of your deposit for that week.. Absolutely no
changes made after June 12, 2009.
A
completed camp medical form must be on file before your child participates in
camp. We cannot allow your child to participate without it.
Refunds will not be made for those missing camp due to lack of necessary
paper work. Please make arrangements for this well in advance, as the
medical form must be signed by the child's physician.
• We make every effort to provide the daily swim lesson and
free swim time. If swimming is cancelled due to unsafe
conditions we do not provide make-up’s.
• Please arrive on time for camp. Late arrivals are disruptive to the
WHOLE camp.
•For those children attending Bouncing Bears Adventure camp who may
require and epi-pen, or inhaler, we require an additional release.
