New! Sunday morning make up classes. On the second Sunday of each month we will be offering a Sunday Morning make up schedule for those of you who are unable to attend during our regular schedule. Stay tuned for details.

Weather Related Closing When we cancel classes to inclement weather we post a notice on the home page our website and there will be a similar message on our answering machine. We do not base our cancellations on the closure of any of the surrounding school districts. In other words, just because your child's school is cancelled does not mean we will be closing. If you are unsure, may we suggest that you call no sooner than one hour before your scheduled class. Please note. The web posting is only if we are closed. We do not make a special posting that we are staying open.
Payments/Registration A membership fee is due annually. Our program runs from September to August with open registration throughout the year. All participants must have a completed registration form on file before participating in the first class click here for copies A $75 non refundable deposit is due upon enrollment. Full payment must be made before the first class. For those enrolled in session classes, payment due dates are as follows: October 18, 2008, January 17, 2009, March 28, 2008. Payment must be received by the due date in order to hold the class spot from session to session. Children will be reregistered for the same class and the same time. Please notify the office if you wish to change times or levels. If payment is not received by the due date, you child will be taken out of class, and the spot made available for someone on our waiting list. Returned checks will result in a $25 charge. We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and checks.
Special Events Payment is required for special events at the time of booking. We accept Visa and MasterCard for phone reservations. The member discount is not applicable to tickets purchased or reservations made the day of the event. The non member rate will apply. Unused tickets will not be refunded or credited. All non members must have current signed parental Action Kids Athletics release on file. Hand written notes will not be accepted.

Refunds/Credits If, after the first class, we do not meet your expectations we will provide you with a full refund. After two classes, we will refund the tuition portion of your payment. This offer is valid only once per child per lifetime. See office for specific details. There are no refunds or class credits for missed classes. Refund/credits are available for long term injury or illness. Request for refund/credit must be made in writing addressed to the office manager. Refund/credit will apply upon receipt of medical documentation. Refunds/credits are not retroactive. Any refunds/credits may be subject to an administrative fee of $20.
Gym Information All participants involved with gym activities must have a signed parental Action Kids Athletics release form on file. Hand written notes will not be accepted. With the exception of parent and me classes, parents must refrain form being in the gym. All parents are welcome to view the classes from our climate controlled viewing area. If your must talk to your child or the coach during a class for ANY reason, you must check in at the office BEFORE entering the gym. Siblings who must be in the gym during a parent and me class are not participants in the class and must sit off to the side. (even if the are enrolled in another Action Kids Athletics class) This is for the safety of all participants. Very small children should be in a device that contains them (or example a car seat or snugly) and must not be allowed to crawl around the gym. This is solely for your child's safety.
