What is Open Gym?

 

Open gym is a supervised, unstructured time when your child can come and play.  The coaches are in a supervisory role rather than an instructional position.

 

We divide our open gym times into specific age groupings.  We strictly enforce these age groupings for the enjoyment and safety of all participants to ensure a fun safe time for a participants.

 

With the exception of parent and tot open gym, parents are not permitted within the gym.  They are welcome to watch from the viewing area.

 

All participants are required to provide Action Kids Athletics with a signed parental release before admittance to open gym.  New releases are required as of 09/01/08.  Releases signed prior to 09/01/08 are no longer valid.

The first Friday of each month

10:15 am to 11:00 am

Beginning October 3rd

Members: $5.00

Non members: $8.00

  
 

Parent and me Dates: October 3, November 7, December 5, January 9, February 6, March 6, (April 3 ~ Cancelled ~ Easter party), May 8 (second Friday of May), June 5

Additional Parent and Me Winter Dates Added:  December 19, January 23, February 20, March  20, April 17.

Jumpstart

3½ years to kindergarten

Friday 9 am to 10 am

or 1 pm to 2 pm

Members: $5.00

Non members: $8.00

Elementary School**

k to grade 5

Friday 6 pm to 7:30 pm

Members: $8.00

Non members: $12.00

Jr High/High School**

 Grades 6 +

Friday 7:45 pm to 9:15 pm

Members: $8.00

Non members: $12.00
