Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art that is characterized by it's fast, high and spinning kicks.  These skills are developed  through personal dedication and as such, students of Tae Kwon Do will improve concentration, focus, coordination, equilibrium, timing and breath control.  Strict routines and attention to discipline will leave your child with a sense of confidence, adequacy, self respect and respect for others.  Tae Kwon Do classes also include intense conditioning, strength and cardio training.
