Make-up Classes
Jumpstart
-
Jumpstart and BSAP
students are eligible for make-up classes. Make-up classes
must be made up at the same level (ie Tumble Bears must do a a
Tumble Bears class). Open
gym
passes are also available as make-ups. .

Make-up classes are not
guaranteed. We reserve the right to maintain class
ratios to our normal standard.

Make-up classes are
booked through the office in advance. Failure to attend a
schedule make-up class will result in forfeit of that lesson.
Make-up classes must be made up within two weeks of the missed
class and in the same session. Make up classes cannot
be rescheduled.

Makeup classes are
limited to two per session.
Fliptastics, & Cheering
Payments/Registration
-
An annual registration fee is due
when a student registers for the year. Our program runs from
September to August with open registration throughout the year.
All participants must have a completed registration form on
file before participating in the first class

A $75 non refundable deposit is due
upon enrollment. Full payment must be made
before the first class.

For those enrolled in
session classes, payment due dates are as follows: November 3,
2007, January 26, 2008, April 5, 2008. Payment
must be received by the due date in order to hold the class spot
from session to session. Children will be reregistered for the same class
and the same
time. Please notify the office if you wish to change times or
levels. If payment is not received by the due date, you child
will be taken out of class, and the spot made available for someone
on our waiting list.

Returned checks will
result in a $25 charge.

We accept Visa,
MasterCard, cash and checks.
Refunds/Credits
-
If, after the first class, we do not meet
your expectations we will provide you with a full refund.
After two classes, we will refund the tuition portion of your
payment. This offer is valid only once per child per lifetime.

There are no refunds or
class credits for missed classes.

Refund/credits are
available for long term injury or illness. Request for
refund/credit must be made in writing addressed to the office
manager. Refund/credit will
apply upon receipt of medical documentation. Refunds/credits are
not retroactive.

Any refunds/credits may
be subject to an administrative fee of $20.
Special Events
-
Payment is required for special
events at the time of booking. We accept Visa and MasterCard
for phone reservations.

The member discount is
not applicable to tickets purchased or reservations made the day
of the event. The non member rate will apply.

Unused tickets will not
be refunded or credited.

All non members must
have current signed parental
GBC release
on file. Hand written notes will not be accepted.
Gym Information
-
All participants
involved with gym activities must have a signed parental GBC
release form on file. Hand written notes will not be accepted.

With the exception of
parent and me classes, parents must refrain form being in the gym.
All parents are welcome to view the classes from our climate
controlled viewing area.

If your must talk to
your child or the coach during a class for ANY reason, you must
check in at the office BEFORE entering the gym.

Siblings who must be in
the gym during a parent and me class are not participants in the
class and must sit off to the side. (even if the are enrolled in
another GBC class) This is for the safety of all participants.
Very small children should be in a device that contains them (or
example a car seat or snugly) and must not be allowed to crawl
around the gym. This is solely for your child's safety.
