If you are looking for a fun filled, action packed summer camp, look no further.  We offer an exciting and healthy way to spend your summer, while  meeting new friends, staying cool and getting fit.  Each week revolves around an exciting theme which is sure to capture the imagination of each and every child that attends.  In keeping with our ultimate goal,  (to instill in children a love of physical activity), we incorporate gymnastics, tae kwon do, swimming and lots of outdoor time in our program, as well as arts and crafts.  This year we are adding a new program called D.E.A.R.  (Drop Everything And Read) into the full day schedule.  During quiet time following lunch the children will be strongly encouraged to pull out a book and read.  Younger children will be paired up with reading "buddies".  If you have any questions about our summer camp program you can e mail our camp director Marie Doucette

Camp Policies

• Three day camp will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Two day camp will be Tuesday and Thursday.   NO EXCEPTIONS

Week two is a four day week, as we are closed July 4th.  Cost for this week is as follows $180 for full week full day (four days) and $128 for full week, 1/2 day.  Monday/Wednesday will be priced as a two day week.

• We do not provide refunds or credits for unused or cancelled camp days.  In order to maintain a quality program we must limit the number of campers on a daily or weekly basis.  Camp tuition reserves YOUR child’s spot in camp, a spot that cannot be allotted to any other child.

 
• There are no make up days.  Exceptions may be made in the case of illness, providing we receive at least twenty four (24) hours notice and space is available.  A doctor's note may be required. Illness make up days are not guaranteed.

• A 50% non refundable deposit per week is required at time of booking.  The balance is due in full by June 16, 2008. Those wishing payment plans (for attendance 6 weeks or more) may speak to the office manager to make arrangements. A Credit Card Authorization must be on file for all payment plans.

• The completed registration form must accompany your deposit.   Any schedule changes to the original registration must be made in writing within two weeks of the original registration date.  Absolutely no changes made after June 15, 2007.  A completed camp medical form must be on file before your child participates in camp.  We cannot allow your child to participate without it.  Refunds will not be made for those missing camp due to lack of necessary paper work. Please make arrangements for this well in advance, as the medical form must be signed by the child's physician.

• We make every effort to provide the daily swim lesson and free swim time.  If swimming is cancelled due to unsafe conditions we do not provide make-up’s.

• Please arrive on time for camp. Late arrivals are disruptive to the WHOLE camp.  Late arrivers will not be admitted to swim class if their group’s session has started.

• Multi-week discounts are available for full week/full day participation.  For those who are coming multiple weeks, first six weeks of attendance are priced at $225 per week.  The eighth and ninth week of attendance are $200 per week.  You must attend all other weeks to receive this discount. There are no other multi-week discounts available. A 10% sibling discount is available on all camp weeks.

• Extended care must be booked in advance.  Extended care is supervised, but unstructured.
