4:30 to 6:30pm – Twilight Walk (Sold Out)
7:30 to 9:30pm – Main Event – Jump, Scare and Scream Walk (Rated PG-13)
- The Rain date is October 19.
- This is an outdoor event.
- If we are unable to run this event because of rain on both days, the event will not be rescheduled.
- Because this is a charity event, there will be no refunds for any reason, even if the event is cancelled due to weather. All proceeds will be donated to CACRC regardless of whether we run to event or not.
- All Participants must be registered.
- Children under 2 are free.
- This is designed as a family event, not a drop off event. All children must be supervised by an adult.
- Please note the following warnings:
- The Haunted Walk can be frightening for some children. Please choose your timeslot with your child in mind.
- The Haunted Walk Experience uses strobe lights, sound and lighting effects, low lighting, sudden movement and rough and uneven terrain.
- Please be aware that the trail may have overhung branches and tree stumps. Please pay attention when walking through the trail.

Pro Tip: Everyone attending must have a ticket.
To purchase a ticket, they must be listed as a student. Below are the step-by-step instructions.
- Log into the portal
- Navigate to the menu (three lines top right)
- Click on Account
- On the Students Tab, click on the green icon with a + inside.
- Add your information,
- Scroll back to the top and Click Save.
- Add each person, not already listed that will be attending the party
- Once everyone is listed as a student, they can be enrolled into the event.
- Once enrolled as a student, click on > looking for activities >Browse>classes>find classes>add filter (non-level) from there you will find the Halloween activity. It is often easer to log out and click on the purchase tickets link.
- Adults not associated with your immediate family, (grandparents, nanny, Aunts and Uncles etc) should create their own account.
