Refund Policy
· Full Refunds will be available if Covid related restrictions prevent us from operating during the December Vacation Camp.
· No refunds for cancelled camp days. House credit is available you need to withdraw due to Covid-19 related reasons.
Payment Information
· If you indicated in the payment section that you would like us to charge the card on file, you will receive enrollment confirmations and a receipt within 24 hours or during the next business day, (for submissions received when the office is closed)
· If you indicated that you would like to call with a credit card, we will email you verification that we received the submission and a total cost. Please call within 24 hours payment information.
· If you indicated that you would prefer to pay with a check, we will email you verification that we received the submission and a total cost. We will process registrations upon receipt of payment. Space will not be guaranteed until payment has been received.
