Join our Gymnastics Skill Camp where the focus on skill development, from tumbling to balance, will not only boost your gymnast’s skill, but also promotes hard work, self-discipline and growing confidence. With each day is tailored to advancing skills and abilities, students can look forward to mastering new techniques and celebrating personal achievements in strength and coordination.

Daily curriculum

  • Warm Up/ Conditioning
  • Gymnastics on all 4 events, plus Trampoline and Tumble Trak
  • Open Work Out
  • Lunch/ Snack Breaks
  • Pool Time
  • Gym Games!
