Summer Make up class information

Parent Portal Login

If you know that your child will be absent from class, we ask that you schedule a future absence. This will allow you to reschedule your class faster AND it will allow another child to use your child’s vacant space a make-up.

  • Make up classes are self-scheduling through the parent portal.
  • We offer unlimited make up classes, however, we strongly recommend that for the best experience, you attend your regular class as often as possible.
  • We do not guarantee the availability of available class spaces.
  • All missed classes must be made up within 4 weeks of the missed class otherwise they will expire. All make ups for summer classes must be made up in the summer session.  They are not transferable to the 2025-2026 Fall/Winter Session.
  • You may re-schedule/cancel a scheduled make-up class through the parent portal.  All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the make-up class.
  • No-shows for a make-up class, will not be rescheduled.

How to schedule an anticipated future absence and make-up class:

  1. Log into the Parent Portal:  If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the re-set password icon.
  2. Click on the Menu button in the upper right corner (3 small lines)
  3. Click on Absences & Make-ups
  4. Click on Submit An Absence.
  5. Select the dates you will be absent and click Next Step
  6. Select the class your child will miss and click Submit
  7. You will now be able to see the upcoming absences.
  8. Click View Schedule
  9. Click on Schedule a make up
  10. You will see a list of available classes. Scroll until you find a class time and date that works for you
  11. Click Submit

**Pro Tip: June 30 and July 1, we will run extra “make-ups only” classes for almost all our different types of classes. Be sure to check these dates as these are great options to do a make-up!

How to schedule a make-up class when you have already missed the class:

  1. Log into the Parent Portal:  If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the re-set password icon.
  2. Click on the Menu button in the upper right corner (3 small lines)
  3. Click on Absences & Make-ups
  4. Click on the Past Absences
  5. Select the date of the class you want to schedule the make-up for and click on Schedule Make-up
  6. You will see a list of available classes. Scroll until you find a class time and date that works for you
  7. Click Submit

How to cancel a make-up class when you are unable to attend.

  1. Log into the Parent Portal:  If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the re-set password icon.
  2. Click on the Menu button in the upper right corner (3 small lines)
  3. Click on Absences & Make-ups
  4. Choose the missed class that the make-up is attached.
  5. Click on View Schedule Impact
  6. Click on Make-up scheduled for [date of makeup]
  7. Click on cancel this make-up.
