Leadership Development, Job Training, Social Experience and Lots of Fun!

Youth entering Grades 8-10

Leadership Camp for our CIT’s is about making the transition from camper to staff member.

They are moving from learning about leadership skills in general and applying leadership skills with a specific group; children.

They are an integral part of the camp staff team.

CIT’s observe and learn from all camp staff, expand and apply their leadership skills by actively assisting with campers, support the group counselors with their camper management responsibilities and work with camp staff coordinating and implementing camp-wide activities and events.

Our CIT’s will provide teens with a chance to gain valuable work experience while having an amazing summer!

Your teen will learn the value of responsibility and hard work, as they experience the joys of working with children through interactive activities.

We separate the CIT program into two groups: CIT-1 and CIT-2.  CIT-1 are campers entering 8th grade and CIT-2 are campers entering 9th and 10th grade.
