Swim Administrative Policies

Payment/Refund Policy:

  • There are NO refunds for swim lessons.
  • Payment is due in full when you register.
  • There is a $20 annual enrollment fee (charged once per year per child)
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ACH or Echeck as payment via the parent portal. Cash and personal check are accepted as payment at the front desk; however a card must be kept on file.
  • All credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) will be charged a credit card service fee of 2.59%. This does not apply to ACH debit cards or other forms of payment.
  • There will be a $15 fee for all returned ACH payments.

Weather Cancellation and Make Up Policy:

  • If we cancel a class due to weather: We will send out an SMS text to notify you.
  • If you miss a class (or we cancel): you can schedule a make up in our special Make-Up Classes held on Fridays, Saturdays and select Sunday mornings.
  • NOTE: We do not cancel classes due to rain/cold unless it is extreme. Our pool is heated to 85-87 degrees!

Diaper Policy:

  • All children in our Sea Horse, Sea Turtle and Sea Lion classes MUST wear two swim diapers, even if they are potty trained.  No EXCEPTIONS
  • All other levels: If your child is not potty trained, they must wear two swim diapers.
  • Swim Diapers: The outer layer must be snug fitting, non-disposable.  The inner layer needs to be a disposable swim diaper.  We highly recommend Happy Nappy Neoprene Swim Diapers.  They are reusable with double layers and satisfy our criteria for swim diapers.  They are sold in our pro-shop.
  • Wearing only a disposable diaper (like little swimmers) is not acceptable.

General Information:

  • Session changes can be made, space permitting, if we receive a written request prior to the start date of the class you wish to transfer out of.
  • Download our app!
  • A few days before your first class, you will receive important information about your first day of class via email.
