Parent and Me
ages 6 months to 3 ½ years
During our Sea Horse classes games and songs are incorporated in the lesson plans to teach your baby or toddler in a fun and playful way to be in the water. Playing, splashing, kicking and floating in the water are incorporated to help increase sensory development and body awareness.
This class is for babies and toddlers who are ready to be introduced to the beginnings of swimming and water safety.

Sea Turtles classes incorporate waterplay, splashing, kicking and floating in the water, activities that enhance fun and establish the baseline skills necessary for learning to swim. This class is for children who are comfortable in the water, will transition from a parent to an instructor in the water during class, and are comfortable going under water.

Guppy classes are slower-paced classes designed for younger children who will require additional support to be successful in the pool. It is great for the child who struggles with transitions from parent to teacher or experiences anxiety in the water.

Clownfish classes are for beginners who are unable to swim and require flotation devices when unassisted.
This class is for children who are unafraid of the water and are able to go into class without any issues separating from their parent.

Jellyfish classes are for swimmers who are comfortable in the water but still require a flotation device. This class is for swimmers who have mastered the basics (face in the water, are unafraid to jump in with assistance) and are ready to work on the skills and endurance required to swim without assistance.

Clownfish classes are for beginners who are unable to swim and require flotation devices when unassisted.
This class is for children who are unafraid of the water and are able to go into class without any issues separating from their parent.

Marlin classes are designed for swimmers age 6 and older who are comfortable in the water but are unable to swim and require flotation devices when unable to touch the bottom.
This class is for children who have mastered the basics (face in the water, are unafraid to jump in with assistance) and are ready to work on the skills and endurance required to swim without assistance.

Stingray classes are for swimmers who are able to swim independently at least 50 ft. and are ready to build their swimming abilities.
This class is for the swimmer who is ready to start learning freestyle and elementary backstroke technique.

For more advanced swimmers who can swim 100 ft. unassisted with beginning freestyle or back stroke.
This class is for swimmers who want to increase their endurance and competitive stroke technique.

We offer private and semi-private swim lessons to all levels of swimmers ages 3 and older.
Lessons are available in 4 or 8 packs with either Senior or Master Swim Instructors
INSTRUCTORS: Private lessons are only taught by our Senior and Master Level Instructors to provide you with the highest level of instruction.
• Senior Instructor: Certified swim instructors that have multiple years of experience teaching and hold advanced certifications such as lifeguarding. (Alli, Brianna, Natalie, Jennie, Paige)
• Master Instructors: Hold multiple certifications including WSI certified, Lifeguard Trainer Instructor and more than a decade of teaching experience. (Sam, Heather, Ann)
Private lessons are offered in sessions. Any privates that you purchase must be scheduled within that session. (Ex: if you would like to have lessons in June, you need to purchase lessons in the May/June session. If you want to do lessons all summer long, you will need to purchase lessons in the May/June and the July/August session.
Please choose the session in which you would like to enroll. Please note that private lessons purchased for a session MUST be used within that session and cannot be carried over to the second session. If you have any unused lessons after the end of the session, you are welcome to attend one of the group make-up classes.

When are private lessons offered?
Availability and times vary by instructor week to week; however, they are generally offered:
Session 1: T/TH mornings and early afternoons, M-Th afterschool until 7:00pm and Saturday and Sunday am.
Session 2: Early mornings (around 8am), M-Th afternoons until 7:00pm and Saturday am.
How do I schedule my lessons?
Two weeks before the start of your session, you will receive an email with a link to our online scheduling app that contains the lesson availability. At that time, you can choose your lessons based on date, time or instructor.
