Difficulty level: 5. Ratio 6:1
Ages 6 years and older.
PREREQUISITES:
Able to swim 100 ft in beginning freestyle and backstroke (1 lap/2 lengths of our pool)
Familiar with the basics of the competitive strokes.
Will go under the water and jump in unassisted.
Swims with a horizontal body.

Fast Track
Four classes per week for two weeks
Steady Track
Two classes per week for four weeks
Weekend Classes
One class on Saturday or Sunday for 6 weeks
Sunday Classes will only run Session 1
