PREREQUISITES:
Able to swim 200ft in beginning freestyle and 100ft backstroke (100ft=2 lengths of our pool)
Proficient in freestyle with rotary breathing.
Can swim with proper backstroke arms and familiar with breaststroke.
Kneeling dive.
